Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zappa AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zappa AI is a market-intelligence platform. It analyzes market structure, liquidity, momentum, and regime data to rank and surface crypto trading opportunities, and to optionally automate order placement on a connected exchange account according to settings you configure.

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or legal advice. Rankings, confidence scores, and evidence shown are model outputs, not recommendations or guarantees of any outcome. You are solely responsible for every trading decision made on your account, whether made manually or through automation you enabled.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade the instruments offered in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for confirming that use of the Service, and of any connected exchange, complies with the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any exchange API keys you connect confidential. When connecting Binance or another exchange, you must use API credentials restricted to reading and trading only: never grant withdrawal permission. Zappa AI is not liable for losses resulting from API keys you configured with broader permissions than instructed, or from credentials you shared with a third party.

Trading cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leveraged positions can lose more than your initial margin. Past performance shown by the Service (accuracy, risk/reward, evaluated counts) does not predict future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

If you enable automated execution, the Service will place, manage, and close orders on your connected exchange account on your behalf, within the risk parameters you configure (leverage, risk per trade, maximum exposure). You may disable automation at any time; doing so does not close positions already open. You remain responsible for monitoring your account and connected exchange while automation is enabled.

Paid self-serve billing against the legacy platform wallet (including USDT-TRC20 deposits) is currently offline pending a replacement payment system. Until that ships, plan changes may require admin assistance. Historical wallet balances and deposit records may still exist in our systems for accounting continuity; sending funds to any previously issued deposit address while deposits are offline may result in permanent loss of funds, which Zappa AI cannot recover or reimburse. Subscription charges, when re-enabled under a new system, will be non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Service's underlying models or strategies; use the Service to violate any exchange's terms of use or applicable law; share your account with others; or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zappa AI and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including from automation, connectivity outages, exchange downtime, or model inaccuracy. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your exchange account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where practical.
